For as long as most of us can remember, Rome Community Center, Inc., has sponsored a Dogwood Festival in spring and a Fall Festival in October. Fried chicken dinners, music, displays, booths, concessions, and an old country store are always included.
(Dogwood: 4th Sunday of April 11-3, and Fall Fest, First Sunday of October, 11-3)
In addition, the RCC has lately offered art shows, movie night, Christmas festivities and four years ago, our Bicentennial celebration.
